Species: An unknown Hummingbird of some sort

Elements: viscaqum (water/ice but ice to be exact) 

Looks: A hummingbird of the size of an average sparrow (about 16cm) and has a gaseous cloud under its tail that looks like a cape/robe. 

Abilities: It's quick and nimble. Using its four wings, it tactically works to find the enemy's weaknesses rather than to attack it themselves. This bird works best with a partner. Instead of drinking nectar from flowers, it uses its long beak to suck up the opponent's dreams, ideas, and motivation. Very similar to a mosquito, it has to latch onto the victim's head and prick it with its beak. Its soul and beak glows and the beak turns transparent, avoiding a hole in the victim's head when stealing dreams. During the attempt, it would freeze the brain/mind first like a brain-freeze, slowing down the victim's thinking and movement. The action only lasts for a few seconds so the hummingbird must act fast. The sucked up dreams/motivation/ideas get transported to it's attached ball of gas and is stored there. The hummingbird is able to know the victim's tactics and strategies for attacks and is great for spying or stealing information. The difference of skin (rough or soft) or with armor does not affect the hummingbird's ability to steal the information. It seems to look harmless with its innocent looks (especially with the eyes) and hides the gas of stolen dreams/ideas/motivation under its tail but can be deadly at times. 

It can also give the stolen information to other creatures of its favor, usually a partner (if there is one). Once it shares/injects the information to them (the same way it tried to steal information from the enemy), the hummingbird no longer has possession of it and soon forgets it. 
Unfortunately for the little bird, it can only perform its trick once a day, as it drains a lot of energy from it. Also, a physical hit can knock it, potentially damage it severely as it has very weak stamina and power. (Think of it as a support role in a game aiding the tank)
